Day 1
Arrive Siem Reap
A very warm welcome to your “Cambodia and Vietnam Discovery” tour!
Upon arrival at the Siem Reap International Airport, you will be met by our ATG Tours representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. (Hotel check-in time is 2:00 pm.)
In the afternoon, you will explore Khmer temples from the early Angkorian period on an enjoyable visit to the Roluos Group of temples dating from the 9th and 10th centuries, including the Preah Ko, Bakong, and Lolei Temple.

Day 2
Siem Reap
Siem Reap is Cambodia’s second largest city and a jewel of Southeast Asia.
After breakfast today, visit the last capital of the Khmer Empire, the ancient city of Angkor Thom, via the South Gate. Marvel at the ruins at the Bayon, Baphoun, Phimeanakas, the Royal Palace, the Terrace of the Elephants and the Terrace of the Leper King temples.
In the afternoon, you will visit amazing and epic, Angkor Wat – the largest religious monument in the world, covering an area of 200 acres with its towers, terraces and causeways – and view its extraordinary architecture and bas-reliefs.
The rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure with the freedom to enjoy the late afternoon at Angkor Wat when it is illuminated beautifully by the setting sun!

Day 3
Siem Reap
This morning after breakfast, visit the small, yet enchanting Banteay Srei Temple, built in the 10th century, and the 12th century Banteay Samre Temple, located within beautiful surroundings and an ambiance of tranquility.
Afterward, you will enjoy a visit to one of the Angkor complex’s major monuments, the Ta Prohm Temple, set in a magical, mystical environment making you feel enveloped in the jungle.
In the afternoon, drive to a local monastery to meet the resident monks and participate in a private good luck blessing ceremony wishing you good health and a safe journey. Sit on a mat as the local monks chant blessings and sprinkle holy water on you – a tradition that is believed to pass on the good luck of the gods. Afterward, a sacred thread will be tied around your wrist to protect you from any evil spirits or accidents – a very memorable experience!
End the tour after a long, enjoyable day of exploring and climbing around fascinating temple ruins by relaxing as you get pampered with a rejuvenating traditional Khmer massage or a foot massage.

Day 4
Siem Reap – Hanoi (By Air)
After breakfast and checking out of your hotel today, you will be transferred to the airport to board your flight to Hanoi. (Flight cost not included)
Upon arrival in Hanoi – Vietnam’s colorful capital city, full of amazing architectural and cultural sites – you will be met by an ATG Tours representative and assisted with the transfer to your hotel for check-in.
The rest of the day is free for you to explore your preferred activities at your leisure.

Day 5
Hanoi
This morning after breakfast in your hotel, visit the imposing marble edifice housing the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Mondays and Fridays) before moving on to his wooden stilt house and the One Pillar Pagoda, widely known as "the most unique pagoda in Asia". Continue your tour with a visit to the first university of Vietnam, the Temple of Literature, which is imbued with the profound philosophies of Confucianism.
In the afternoon, visit one of Hanoi’s most beautiful lakes, Hoan Kiem Lake, the small, peaceful Ngoc Son Temple, and an ancient Vietnamese "long house". On a fun one-hour cyclo tour, you will discover Hanoi’s Old Quarter and catch a glimpse of ancient Hanoi while learning about traditional Vietnamese architecture.

Day 6
Hanoi – Halong Bay
After breakfast at the hotel this morning, check out and drive to one of the most beautiful places on earth, Halong Bay, while enjoying the scenic rice paddy fields you pass through along the way.
Upon arrival, you will board a junk and cruise among the nearly two-thousand limestone islands and islets of Halong Bay while enjoying lunch. Drop anchor in the late evening for an overnight stay among the dramatic limestone peaks rising out of the sea.
NOTE: Junks in Halong may be delayed or cancelled due to weather condition without prior notice.Enjoy dinner this evening and your overnight stay on the Halong Bay Cruise.

Day 7
Halong Bay – Ho Chi Minh City via Hanoi (By Air)
Spend the morning relaxing as you cruise through the limestone cliffs and stunning emerald waters of Halong Bay before returning to the wharf.
After checking out, you will be directly transferred to the Noi Bai International Airport to board your flight to Vietnam’ largest city, Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon. (Flight cost not included)
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be met by an ATG Tours representative who will assist you and transfer you to your hotel to check in.

Day 8
Ho Chi Minh City
This morning after breakfast, visit the amazing Cu Chi Tunnels where Vietnamese guerrillas built a vast labyrinth of narrow interconnecting tunnels as hideouts during the war. Learn about their fascinating use as hideouts and supply tunnels for Viet Cong soldiers.
Later in the afternoon, enjoy a half-day city tour of Ho Chi Minh City – the business and financial hub of Vietnam with a rich, diverse culture. Highlights include photo stops at the Reunification Palace, the Notre Dame Cathedral and the magnificent Saigon Central Post Office. You will also visit the Quan Am Pagoda and a local market in Chinatown.

Day 9
Ho Chi Minh City
After breakfast this morning, depart for the beautiful tropical scenery of the Mekong Delta.
Upon arrival in the city of My Tho, embark on a boat cruise along the Mekong River with refreshing tea and home-grown fruits served as you enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Take an exciting trip to visit a local family-run business making coconut candies.
Back on board the boat, continue cruising to An Khanh to enjoy a scenic sampan journey along the narrow, tree-lined canals as you further explore the Mekong Delta.
Return to the mainland at My Tho as you head back to Ho Chi Minh City. If time permits, you will visit the beautiful Vinh Trang Pagoda – a large Buddhist temple complex and peaceful spiritual haven with a fascinating blend of architectural styles.

Refund Policy
The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Once a partial or full payment has been made by the client, cancellations will only be agreed upon in writing.
- All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date and are subject to cancellation fees as noted above.
- For any self-purchased air tickets, you need to contact the airline directly to amend cancel your reservation. ATG Tours shall not be responsible for any self-purchased air tickets cancellation, though we can assist you throughout the process.
- For any air tickets purchased with ATG, it is mandatory to contact ATG Tours directly for all refund requests, as the airline will not be processing refunds of your tickets that were booked through us. Your tickets that need to be canceled must be intimated to ATG tours as soon as possible

Booking Terms
- Payments for the trip are to be made in USD by credit card / Wire Transfer according to the following schedule:
- 50% of the program cost to be paid as a deposit will be required at time of booking.
- The remaining 50% of the program cost is due 90 days prior to departure.
- If booking is made less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 72 hours.
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- ATG Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities, acts of war and force majeure per the terms and conditions.

By joining our program, passengers certify that they are qualified to enter and exit countries visited within the confirmed travel program and cruise itinerary and/or have obtained necessary visas, if required, accordingly. All Passports, Visas, Public Health Documents, and other travel s required for embarking or disembarking must be obtained by, and are the sole responsibility of, the Passenger.
Travel insurance is recommended for this program.
Please keep in mind, the itinerary and outdoor activities during each trip are solely dependent on weather and operational conditions to ensure the safety and quality of experience of our guests. The route and shore landings (if applicable) will be determined by the captain and expedition leader and communicated to guests through regularly scheduled briefings. ATG Tours reserves the right to modify the landings and locations visited during a voyage based on weather and local conditions and climate to ensure a safe and delightful experience for all our guests and staff. Our trips are expeditionary in nature, and thus changes to timings are commonplace due to the environment we operate in as well as wildlife opportunities and locations.
All the passengers will be provided with the final itinerary and a recommended packing list before departure so they can plan and pack accordingly. Please be aware that opportunities to replace or purchase required items during the program will be limited.
