Arrive Vancouver
A warm welcome to your "LAKES ORCHARDS WINERY" tour.
On arrival in Vancouver International Airport, you will be met by an ATG Tours representative who will assist you with locating your vehicle and your transfer to the hotel.
Check into your hotel.
Then stepout and explore your surroundings.
In the evening, visit Fly Over Canada (admission included), a 4D show experiencing a gentle ride.
Chairlift-style seats are elevated before a large spherical screen creating an illusion of flying over the landscapes.

Vancouver - Whistler
This morning after breakfast in the hotel, check-out and drive to Whistler along the Sea-to-Sky highway with breath-taking views, scenic ocean vistas, mountains, waterfalls and a stop at the Shannon Falls
On arrival in Whistler check-in at the hotel.
Rest of the day is for you to explore the majestic mountains and the village.

Whistler
After breakfast, the day is at leisure.
Continue your exploration of the Whistler village on your own. Follow the smells of fresh waffle cones to discover Whistler's best ice cream parlours, bistros and coffee shops.
Proceed to take the exciting Peak 2 Peak Gondola, from Whistler village, spanning the distance between Whistler and Blackcomb’s peaks. Wait for the Silver Gondolas as they offer glass bottom views for the entire 360 degree experience.
Take advantage of several (Optional) adventure activities in Whistler.

After you check out depending on your flight schedule you will be transferred to drop off the vehicle at the car rental agency’s location at Vancouver International Airport and then begin your journey back home.

Self-Drive Notes:
- Passengers will be charged directly for additional hours, days and additional coverage or optional products purchased at the commencement of the rental.
- Rates are based on pick up date and not return date.
- Self-drive cost does not include any discount or promotion.
Minimum requirement for Car Rental:
- Minimum age for car rental is 21 with a prepaid voucher.
- Drivers under the age of 25 years will be subject to a surcharge of CAD 25 per day. Certain car classes may not be available to drivers under the age of 25.
- The driver should possess a valid driver’s license (Smart card) or International driving permit.
- The driver should hold a major credit card in his / her name with a sufficient balance at the time of availing the vehicle.
- Drop Off fees is not a part of the above quote and the same should be paid locally.
- Tolls, national park fees, parking fees, fuel and anything apart from the inclusions passengers need to pay directly.
- GPS, unlimited mileage, insurance, accessories, and child car seat is not included unless specified.
- Vehicle offered and quoted are always on similar basis / category.
- Certain locations and classes of car require 3 forms of identification as a condition to rent. Please advise passengers to check at time of reservation if special conditions pertain to their particular rental.
- Deductibles and rates for additional services are payable by passengers directly to the rental company and are subject to change without notice.\
- A Snow Tire Fee is applicable 12 months per year in Quebec only. Car classes A-E is $3.24/day and all other car classes is $4.24/day. This charge is payable by passengers locally and is subject to change without notice.
- At the time of vehicle pickup agents may offer passengers the following additional services payable directly to the rental company. All below costs are subject to applicable taxes, may vary from one rental location to another and change without notice:
- Personal Accident Insurance - $4.99 per person per day
- Roadside Safety Net - $9.99 per day
- GPS Where 2 - $15.95 per day (up to $104.00 per rental)
- Fuel Service Option - Varies based on current gasoline price plus administration fee
- Child Safety Seats - $13 per day (up to $91.00 per rental)

Refund Policy
The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Once a partial or full payment has been made by the client, cancellations will only be agreed upon in writing.
- All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date and are subject to cancellation fees as noted above.
- For any self-purchased air tickets, you need to contact the airline directly to amend cancel your reservation. ATG Tours shall not be responsible for any self-purchased air tickets cancellation, though we can assist you throughout the process.
- For any air tickets purchased with ATG, it is mandatory to contact ATG Tours directly for all refund requests, as the airline will not be processing refunds of your tickets that were booked through us. Your tickets that need to be canceled must be intimated to ATG tours as soon as possible

Booking Terms
- Payments for the trip are to be made in USD by credit card according to the following schedule:
- 50% of the program cost to be paid as a deposit will be required at time of booking.
- The remaining 50% of the program cost is due 90 days prior to departure.
- If booking is made less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 72 hours.
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- ATG Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities, acts of war and force majeure per the terms and conditions.

By joining our program, passengers certify that they are qualified to enter and exit countries visited within the confirmed travel program and cruise itinerary and/or have obtained necessary visas, if required, accordingly. All Passports, Visas, Public Health Documents, and other travel s required for embarking or disembarking must be obtained by, and are the sole responsibility of, the Passenger.
Travel insurance is recommended for this program.
Please keep in mind, the itinerary and outdoor activities during each trip are solely dependent on weather and operational conditions to ensure the safety and quality of experience of our guests. The route and shore landings (if applicable) will be determined by the captain and expedition leader and communicated to guests through regularly scheduled briefings. ATG Tours reserves the right to modify the landings and locations visited during a voyage based on weather and local conditions and climate to ensure a safe and delightful experience for all our guests and staff. Our trips are expeditionary in nature, and thus changes to timings are commonplace due to the environment we operate in as well as wildlife opportunities and locations.
All the passengers will be provided with the final itinerary and a recommended packing list before departure so they can plan and pack accordingly. Please be aware that opportunities to replace or purchase required items during the program will be limited.
