A very warm welcome to your “Western Canada (Rocky Mountaineer Rail)” tour!
Upon arrival at the Vancouver International Airport, you will be greeted by our ATG Tours representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in with the rest of the day free to explore at your leisure.

Vancouver
After breakfast, enjoy a wonderful Grouse Mountain & Capilano Suspension Bridge Tour.
Crossing Lions Gate Bridge, view the amazing luxury homes of British Properties, visit Capilano Salmon Hatchery and then continue to the Capilano Suspension Bridge spanning the Capilano River. Other attractions in this area include a heart-stopping Cliff Walk and Treetops Adventure. At Grouse Mountain, take the famous Skyride to Mountaintop Playground. Other fun activities to explore at Grouse Mountain include guided bird watching tours, Theatre in the Sky seasonal shows, Peak Chairlift, Lumberjack Show, the Eye of the Wind and much more.

After breakfast, embark on an enjoyable full-day tour of Victoria, the capital city of British Columbia, with a 90-minute trip through the Southern Gulf Islands. Afterward, a beautiful garden haven awaits you at the magnificent Butchart Gardens!
Later, explore the world-famous Fairmont Empress Hotel, British Import shops, the architectural splendor of the Parliament Buildings, and Inner Harbour, one of the most beautiful harbours in the world.

Vancouver – Kamloops
After an early-morning check-out, transfer to the train station to board the Rocky Mountaineer and enjoy world-class hospitality as you travel from Vancouver to Kamloops. Along the way, you’ll pass through the lush green fields of Fraser Valley, the rushing waters of Hell’s Gate in the Fraser Canyon, and the steep slopes and rock sheds along the Thompson River.

Kamloops – Jasper
Check out of your hotel early this morning and proceed to reboard your Rocky Mountaineer train as your exciting adventure continues to the mighty Canadian Rockies and the province of Alberta.
Highlights of the day will include Mount Robson, the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies, Pyramid Creek Falls and the climb over the Yellowhead Pass into Jasper National Park.
Upon arrival at the Jasper Train Station, transfer to your hotel and check in for your overnight stay in Jasper.

Jasper
After breakfast today, proceed on an Explore Jasper Tour.
Jasper’s beauty and history is set amid some of the most rugged and breathtaking peaks in the Rockies. Tour highlights will include Jasper town site, Athabasca Viewpoint, Maligne Canyon and Maligne Lake.
At Maligne Canyon, enjoy a stroll along walls as high as 164-ft. and learn about its unique underground water system and powerful waterfalls as you take in its gorgeous atmosphere.
This evening will be at your leisure with free time to explore the amazing night Sky Gazing opportunities on your own!

Day 7
Jasper – Lake Louise via Columbia Icefields
After breakfast this morning, check out and depart for Lake Louise along the Icefields Parkway – Canada’s most scenic mountain roadway and one of the most beautiful drives in the world with its countless waterfalls, lakes and glaciers!
Visit the Columbia Icefield Discovery Centre where the Glacier Adventure will take you up the awe-inspiring Athabasca Glacier.
Afterward, continue by coach from the Discovery Center to the Glacier Skywalk – a glass-floored observation platform over the spectacular Sunwapta Valley – for an amazing unobstructed view of the surrounding glaciers.
Continue along the Icefields Parkway to the Crowfoot Glacier, Peyto Lake and Bow Lake en route to Lake Louise.
Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy your overnight stay in Lake Louise.

Known for its stunning turquoise color, Lake Louise is a glacier-fed lake ringed by beautiful high mountain peaks and overlooked by a stately chateau. Your many optional activities to explore include kayaking, hiking trails that wind up to the Lake Agnes, the Spa, Lake Louise Gondola and much more.
Later today, transfer to Banff where, upon arrival and check-in at your at your hotel, the rest of the day will be at your leisure to explore famous Banff Avenue.

Banff
After breakfast, proceed on an exciting Discover Banff and Its Wildlife Tour with a Gondola ride offering stunning 360-degree views of this beautiful area!
The resort town of Banff is an island of culture and history surrounded by a sea of untamed wilderness. Highlights of your tour will include a stop at the iconic Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, Bow Falls, popular Lake Minnewanka and the “Oh wow!” spectacular view at Surprise Corner.

Refund Policy
The Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Once a partial or full payment has been made by the client, cancellations will only be agreed upon in writing.
- All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date and are subject to cancellation fees as noted above.
- For any self-purchased air tickets, you need to contact the airline directly to amend cancel your reservation. ATG Tours shall not be responsible for any self-purchased air tickets cancellation, though we can assist you throughout the process.
- For any air tickets purchased with ATG, it is mandatory to contact ATG Tours directly for all refund requests, as the airline will not be processing refunds of your tickets that were booked through us. Your tickets that need to be canceled must be intimated to ATG tours as soon as possible

Booking Terms
- Payments for the trip are to be made in USD by credit card / Wire Transfer according to the following schedule:
- 50% of the program cost to be paid as a deposit will be required at time of booking.
- The remaining 50% of the program cost is due 90 days prior to departure.
- If booking is made less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 72 hours.
- Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
- ATG Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities, acts of war and force majeure per the terms and conditions.

By joining our program, passengers certify that they are qualified to enter and exit countries visited within the confirmed travel program and cruise itinerary and/or have obtained necessary visas, if required, accordingly. All Passports, Visas, Public Health Documents, and other travel s required for embarking or disembarking must be obtained by, and are the sole responsibility of, the Passenger.

Please keep in mind, the itinerary and outdoor activities during each trip are solely dependent on weather and operational conditions to ensure the safety and quality of experience of our guests. The route and shore landings (if applicable) will be determined by the captain and expedition leader and communicated to guests through regularly scheduled briefings. ATG Tours reserves the right to modify the landings and locations visited during a voyage based on weather and local conditions and climate to ensure a safe and delightful experience for all our guests and staff. Our trips are expeditionary in nature, and thus changes to timings are commonplace due to the environment we operate in as well as wildlife opportunities and locations.
All the passengers will be provided with the final itinerary and a recommended packing list before departure so they can plan and pack accordingly. Please be aware that opportunities to replace or purchase required items during the program will be limited.
