• The above price is based on a minimum of 02 adults traveling together.
• The above price is not valid for travel during Black Out Period, trade fair period and special events.
• There is no refund for any non-utilization of any services.
• Check-in time is usually at 15:00/16:00 hours - Check-out time is usually 12:00 hours.
• It is advisable for all clients to have Overseas Travel Insurance for the entire travel duration of your holiday. Please check details with our Travel Consultant.
• At this point of time no services are confirmed and the same is subject to availability. 
• Should the period of travel, or the number of participants, or the type of accommodation, or the type of transport or the duration of the trip, change the quote will be revised accordingly.
• Request for early hotel check in or late checkout is to the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance. 
• All payment to be made strictly by Mail / Wire Transfer / Credit card with and additional 4% charges on total billing.

Self-Drive Notes:

• Passengers will be charged directly for additional hours, days and additional coverage or optional products purchased at the commencement of the rental.
• Rates are based on pick up date and not return date.
• Self-drive cost does not include any discount or promotion.

Minimum requirement for Car Rental:

• Minimum age for car rental is 21 with a prepaid voucher. 
• Drivers under the age of 25 years will be subject to a surcharge per day. Certain car classes may not be available to drivers under the age of 25.
• The driver should possess a valid driver’s license (Smart card) or International driving permit.
• The driver should hold a major credit card in his / her name with a sufficient balance at the time of availing the vehicle.
• Drop Off fees is not a part of the above quote and the same should be paid locally.
• Tolls, national park fees, parking fees, fuel and anything apart from the inclusions passengers need to pay directly. 
• GPS, unlimited mileage, insurance, accessories, and child car seat is not included unless specified.
• Vehicle offered and quoted are always on similar basis / category.
• Certain locations and classes of car require 3 forms of identification as a condition to rent. Please advise passengers to check at time of reservation if special conditions pertain to their particular rental.
• Deductibles and rates for additional services are payable by passengers directly to the rental company and are subject to change without notice.
• At the time of vehicle pickup agents may offer passengers the following additional services payable directly to the rental company. All below costs are subject to applicable taxes, may vary from one rental location to another and change without notice:

The Cancellation Policy is as follows:

• Once a partial or full payment has been made by the client, cancellations will only be agreed upon in writing.
• All cancellations must be received prior to the tour departure date and are subject to cancellation fees as noted above.
• For any self-purchased air tickets, you need to contact the airline directly to amend cancel your reservation.  ATG Tours shall not be responsible for any self-purchased air tickets cancellation, though we can assist you throughout the process.
• For any air tickets purchased with ATG, it is mandatory to contact ATG Tours directly for all refund requests, as the airline will not be processing refunds of your tickets that were booked through us. Your tickets that need to be canceled must be intimated to ATG tours as soon as possible

• Payments for the trip are to be made in USD by credit card / Wire Transfer according to the following schedule:
  • 50% of the program cost to be paid as a deposit will be required at time of booking.
  • The remaining 50% of the program cost is due 90 days prior to departure.
  • If booking is made less than 90 days before departure, full payment is due within 72 hours.
• Airfare is calculated at the time of proposal creation and is subject to change at the time of booking.
• ATG Tours reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of any unavoidable circumstances, natural calamities, acts of war and force majeure per the terms and conditions.

Important travel notes:

ATG Tours is an international cruise and tour operator. By joining our program, passengers certify that they are qualified to enter and exit countries visited within the confirmed travel program and cruise itinerary and/or have obtained necessary visas, if required, accordingly. All Passports, Visas, Public Health Documents, and other travel s required for embarking or disembarking must be obtained by, and are the sole responsibility of, the Passenger.

Travel insurance is recommended for this program.

Please keep in mind, the itinerary and outdoor activities during each trip are solely dependent on weather and operational conditions to ensure the safety and quality of experience of our guests. The route and shore landings (if applicable) will be determined by the captain and expedition leader and communicated to guests through regularly scheduled briefings. ATG Tours reserves the right to modify the landings and locations visited during a voyage based on weather and local conditions and climate to ensure a safe and delightful experience for all our guests and staff. Our trips are expeditionary in nature, and thus changes to timings are commonplace due to the environment we operate in as well as wildlife opportunities and locations.

All the passengers will be provided with the final itinerary and a recommended packing list before departure so they can plan and pack accordingly.  Please be aware that opportunities to replace or purchase required items during the program will be limited.
