Privacy Policy – ATG Tours

ATG Tours (Across the Globe), recognizes the value of privacy of its users and of keeping discretion of the data provided by its users as a liable data controller and data processer.

This Privacy Policy delivers for the practices for handling and ensuring user's Personal Information defined by ATG Tours.

This Privacy Policy is valid to any individual who purchases, intend to purchase or ask about any of our product(s) or service(s) made available by ATG Tours through any of ATG’s customer interface channels comprising its website, mobile app, mobile site, along with all offline channels including call centres and sales offices.

For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever you see text so requires "you" or "your" shall mean User and the content "we", "us", "our" shall mean ATG Tours.

By accessing or using our Website or other Sales Channels, the Consumer hereby agrees with the conditions of this Privacy Policy and the matters herein. If you oppose this Privacy Policy kindly do not access our Website or any of our Sales Channels.

This Privacy Policy is not applicable to any website(s), mobile apps, and mobile sites of any third parties, even if their links are associated with our Website. User should keep in mind that data and privacy practices of ATG’s business partners, sponsors, or advertisers, other sites to which ATG Tours provides hyperlink(s), may be significantly different from this Privacy Policy. Accordingly, it is advised that before going further you must review the privacy policies and conditions of any such third parties with whom they interact.

This Privacy Policy is an essential part of your User Agreement with ATG Tours and all capitalized terms used, but not otherwise defined herein, shall have the relevant meanings as attributed to them in the User Agreement.


TYPE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND ITS LEGAL BASIS

The information as mentioned below is accumulated for us to be able to provide the services chosen by you and to fulfil our legal responsibilities as well as our commitments towards third parties as per our User Agreement.

"Personal Information" of the service consumer shall include the information shared by the consumer and collected by us for the following purposes:

Registration on the Website: Information that you provide while registering or subscribing on the Website, comprising but not limited to data about your personal identity such as name, religion, age, gender, marital status, etc., your contact details such as your email address, frequent flyer number, postal addresses, phone/mobile or fax numbers. The data you provided may include info such as your banking account details (including credit/debit card) and any other data conveying your income; billing data payment history etc. (as shared by you).

Other information: We may also gather some of your other information and documents including but not limited to:

  • Transactional history, not only about banking details but can be your e-commerce activities, buying behavior.

  • Your email addresses, usernames, passwords, and other secured information used by you while using our Services.

  • Data either provided by you or by a third party and which you desire to store on our servers such as documents, image files etc.

  • Data accessible in the public domain or received from any third party comprising social media channels, including but not limited to private or non-personal data from your linked social media accounts (like your name, profile pictures, email address, friend list, or any other information that is legalised to be received as per your account settings) as a part of your account info.

  • Information relating any other traveler(s) for whom you make a reservation through your registered ATG Tours account. In such case, you must verify and signify that each of the other traveler(s) for whom a reservation has been made, has consented to have the information shared by you revealed to us and further be disclosed by us with the concerned service provider(s).

  • If you demand ATG to provide visa related services, then copies of your passport, originals of the filled-in application forms, bank statements, photographs, and any other information which may be needed by the respective embassy to manage your visa application.


HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION:

The Personal Data collected may be used in the following manner:

At the time of booking

While making a booking, we may use Private data including, bank payment details which include name of cardholder, debit/credit card number (in encrypted form) with an expiration date, wallet details, banking details, etc. as communicated and allowed to be stored by you. 

We may also use your Personal data for many reasons including but not limited to:

  • Confirm your bookings with corresponding service providers;

  • keep you notified about the transaction status.

  • send reservation confirmations either via Whatsapp or SMS or any other messaging service;

  • send any revises or modifications to your booking(s);

  • allow our travel expert to contact you, if necessary;

  • modify the content of our website, mobile app and mobile site;

  • request for feedback of products or services or any other advancements;

  • send verification SMS or email(s);

  • authenticate/validate your account and to stop any misuse or harm;

  • contact you on your special days like birthday/anniversary to offer a special gift or offer.
