Due to the ongoing impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19), for your benefit, we have made a number of alterations to our safety guidelines, flexible booking terms, and trip departures.

  • On booking any 2021 land journey or river cruises either big or small ships, enjoy flexible payment terms with no change fees.

2021 Flexible Booking Terms exclusively designed for you:  

  • Travel with confidence

    we want you to book your 2021 ATG land tour packages and river cruise packages with full confidence, relishing flexible payment terms and no change fees on your tour cost.

  • Liberty of Time –

    For all 2021 travel bookings, final disbursement will not be due until 60 days prior to departure – giving you more freedom and flexibility in case of any change in plan.

  • No Change Fees ( Due to COVID ) –

    If you think of altering your 2021 plan due to a change in destination or departure date, we promise to give you more freedom and flexibility in that case. Any time until the day of departure, your full advance (or tour payment) can be utilized to a future ‘ATG Tours’ journey of your choice.

  • 24/7 Support-

    Book with peace of mind, keeping our promise in mind that we will refund your full tour cost, the moment you decide that this time is not apt for traveling due to any personal reasons. Moreover, we will give you the flexibility to change your plan to travel on another 2021 or 2022 date – or, if you wish, on a different destination.

Please Note: This flexibility in payment terms is applicable to 2021 journeys only; deposit must be made at the time of booking (does not apply to air travel and ATG Tours’ protection plans). Contact us for complete details.


For all the services committed, a certain amount of advance payment should be made to hold the reservation, on a definite basis & the balance amount can be paid either just before you use our service like at the time of your departure from your country or upon arrival in the USA. Management has full authority to decide about the amount to be paid as advance payment, depending upon the nature of the service & the time left for the beginning of the service.

Apart from the above scenario in some instances like Special Train Journeys, flight tickets, hotels, or tour package bookings during the peak season (New Year, X-Mas), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation of any kind of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable circumstances, we must be informed of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be in effect from the date we get it from you in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

  • If cancellation is done 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

  • If cancellation is done within 30 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.

Note: Many bookings are non-refundable, kindly check before making any booking.

In case you cancel the booking after commencement, refund would be constrained to a limited amount only that too would depend on the amount that we would be able to retrieve from the hoteliers/ contractors we deal with. For unused hotel accommodation, meals, tickets, & chartered transportation etc. we do not bear any obligation to refund.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please note that once the tour cost is finalized, if there will be any hike in entrance fees of museums/monuments, Taxes, guide charges or fuel cost – by the Government, the same would be charged as extra.

ATG Tours act only in the capacity of agent for the airlines, hotels, resorts, transporters, railways & contractors offering other services & all exchange orders, contracts, receipts & tickets issued by us are subject to terms & conditions under which all these services are provided by them.

All itineraries on the website are sample itineraries, intended to give you a fair idea of the likely tour schedule. There are many factors such as weather, the physical ability of the participants, road conditions etc. may influence itinerary alterations either before the tour or while on the trail. We reserve the right to alter any schedule in the favour of the trip participants' safety, security & general wellbeing.

We shall not be accountable for any delays in flights & changes in the programme or expenditures incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural calamities, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of transport, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, bad weather, landslides, sickness, political closures, or any unfortunate incidents.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any transportation, accommodation, or other tour services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any natural disaster, breakdown in machinery or equipment, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, medical or custom department regulations, epidemics, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.

We do not provide any insurance policy covering up the expenses for sickness, loss, accident, theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are advised to seek such insurance coverage in their home country. All baggage’s & personal belongings always are at the client's risk.

Please Note: We will not be liable for any costs arising out of unexpected circumstances like landslides, bad weather, roadblocks, etc.
